Olga makes green wood furniture from hazel and other timbers such as elm, beech and oak.
The term green wood means that the hazel is still fresh while being used. Olga coppice (cuts) the hazel herself locally and gets much of her inspiration from the woods, and from the beauty
of the trees and surrounding landscape. Olga designs and makes chairs, tables and stools of all sizes and shapes.

All items are individually handcrafted in the Cre8tiveglass studio. They also design and create personalised gifts and take orders for tailor made items to suit customers all across the range of gifts on offer.

 

Kate Ramsey - Felt Designs

Using the finest merino wool in combination with silk and cotton, she produces a range of accessories, from flower brooches to scarves, hats and slippers. Feltmaking is a technique by which under hot and moist conditions, carded wool is transferred into a durable, but soft fabric. All work is dyed and handmade in Limerick by the artist herself
